A Note on Sessions & Continuity
While many people notice a shift after a single session, I generally recommend a minimum of three sessions to allow the work to settle and for you to really feel the difference.
Working over a few sessions gives your nervous system time to respond, integrate, and stabilise, rather than just offering short-term relief. This is especially supportive if you’ve been carrying stress, responsibility, or emotional load for a long time.
To support this, packages of three sessions receive a 10% discount when paid for in advance.
Sessions may include hypnotherapy, Jikiden Reiki, sound therapy using tuning forks, or my signature treatment combining sound healing followed by Reiki. Each session is bespoke and tailored to you and your needs at that time.
Sound Baths & Group Sessions
Alongside 1:1 work, I also facilitate regular monthly Sound Bath & Reiki sessions.
These group sessions offer a supportive space to rest, reset, and allow the nervous system to settle through sound, stillness, and shared experience. No talking, no analysing, just time to lie down, receive, and let the body do what it naturally knows how to do.
Additional sound baths and group wellbeing sessions are offered throughout the year.
Get in touch to find out more or to be added to the mailing list for upcoming sessions.
Concessions & Reduced Rates
This work is very close to my heart, particularly for those who give so much of themselves to others.
I offer a 50% concession on 1:1 sessions and packages for:
-
Full-time carers
-
People in receipt of benefits
-
Students
This is available on presentation of valid proof.
If finances feel like a barrier, please know that you’re not being judged or expected to explain yourself. If you feel drawn to the work, that’s reason enough to reach out. My intention is to make these therapies as accessible as possible to those who need them most.
Just So You Know
You don’t need to know what to choose or have any experience with holistic therapies. You simply arrive as you are, and we take things step by step.
If you’re unsure what would be most supportive, you’re very welcome to get in touch and we can talk it through together.
