How it connects to my work
The themes explored in the podcast sit alongside my work in Hypnotherapy, Jikiden Reiki and Sound healing, particularly my focus on supporting women and carers through periods of transition.
Many of the conversations here echo what I see daily in my one-to-one sessions and corporate wellbeing work, the need to slow down, to feel understood, and to reconnect with the body and nervous system during change.
