Unlike stage hypnosis, therapeutic hypnotherapy is a deeply relaxing, collaborative process. You remain fully in control while I guide you into a calm, focused state where your mind becomes more open to positive change.

I use a combination of hypnosis, Hypno-EMDR (a powerful technique for emotional release and trauma processing), and mind-body techniques to support you in creating the change you're seeking.

What to Expect in a Session

Initial Session (90 minutes)

We'll start by talking through what's been going on for you, what you'd like to change, and what's been holding you back. This helps me understand your unique situation and tailor the hypnotherapy to your needs.

Then, I'll guide you into a deeply relaxed state using calming language and breathing techniques. You'll remain fully aware and in control — hypnosis simply helps your mind become more receptive to positive suggestions and new perspectives.

Depending on your goals, I may use Hypno-EMDR to gently process emotional blocks or past experiences, or we may focus on reframing beliefs and reinforcing new patterns.

You'll leave feeling calm, clear, and often surprised by how natural and comfortable the process feels.

Follow-on Sessions

60 minutes

These sessions build on the work we've started, reinforcing new patterns, addressing any new layers that arise, and deepening the transformation. Many clients notice significant shifts after just 2-3 sessions.

My Approach

I've seen firsthand how powerful hypnotherapy can be — not just for my clients, but in my own life. As a full-time carer for 26 years, I know what it's like to feel anxious, overwhelmed, and stuck in patterns of guilt and self-doubt. Hypnotherapy helped me break free from those patterns and reclaim my sense of peace.
